The SAS site is just a simple Wordpress site. You can purchase your
domain through a provider like Bluehost. They will even help you install
the Wordpress software. You then log in to the site via Wordpress, where
you have a dashboard that is very intuitive to use and similar to most
blog platforms.
There is also a free Wordpress version where you don't have to pay for
hosting, but I am unsure whether it supports all of the same features as
the SAS site.

I have different types of stories that I wanted to put under different
headings. And then I have my photos. I took a class on Blogging but it
was just a running commentary and I kind of want some order. I really
like the SAS site, how clean it is, how easy it is to read and find
what I want. I kind of want a website like that. A blog just seems
all busy to me.

Do you need an actual website, or would a blog work where you can write and add photos?

Subject: [SAS] website question
Question.
I want to create my own website to put my stories and photos on. Does anyone know of a shop they trust to design websites that don't break the bank? I think I can do alot of it myself but the beginning part is where I need some help.
Thanks for your time.
