Ok I just got done talking to the ranger at the campgrounds, it is clear up
there and all roads leading to
Lion Head Unit campgrounds is open. I can't remember how much but there is a
little bit of dirt road before the campgrounds.
I would really appreciate some help since I am the only one going.
we are in campsite 106, I am sleeping in the back of my truck so there is room
for tents. we can have as many members as we want.
I am leaving at 2pm. It is about a 2 1/2 hour drive. I will be doing my talk at
the amphitheater at 8pm. then a short drive down to the beach to set up the
telescope.
