At sunset yesterday evening, there was a bright auroral arc (extending over
zenith) called "Steve" -- here's the explanation of how that name came about:

The Northern lights was quietly taking up a third of the northern sky for
most of the night until around 1:30 am when it filled the sky with dancing

didn't occur to me to sit down in my chair.
I had had trouble figuring out my camera settings most of the night due to
the fact I didn't have my instructions. And between Eric helping out with
some setting and me stumbling through all the setting the camera had, I was
granted some great pictures the last half an hour. Thanks Eric.
New Rule. Always have your camera instructions with you.
Steve, we have your chair you left. We won't be coming to the meeting next
Friday so if you want we can meet up with you somewhere and get it to you.
Or I could hold it for ransom.
