It looks like that sixth galaxy was probably NGC 7320C. It shows up in some
images of Stephan’s and is considered a possible member of the group.

seeing allowed higher than usual magnification, the Blue Snowball in
Andromeda was a standout. Stephen’s Quintet was very well defined, even
seeing a sixth galaxy in the field with them. Will be a night long remembered.
