I have attached two pictures, I do have more pictures that show more detail of
the telescope, if you are interested e-mail me and I will e-mail you more
pictures. You can see that the mirror does need to be cleaned and that there is
some small area where the coating is coming off. But this telescope could be
rebuilt into a truss tube, or just a tube no box. I have found web pages where
people have taken this telescope and rebuilt it so it is more up to date. I
will have this at my house for a few more days, then it will be moved to our

The Club has a Coulter Compact Odyssey telescope For Sale, it is a 10.1 F4.5.
This the rare hard to find Brown not Blue mount. I don't know to much about it,
so do some research of your own online. I do know that it has trap door on the
bottom and a sling mirror cell holder for the main mirror. This means you need
to remove the mirror every time you move it. We are selling as is. There is no
finder scope, but it does come with a few original eye pieces and a 2x barlow.
The mirror needs cleaning and because it is about 30 years old it might need to
be re-coated. But can still be used. The telescope is on a platform with
wheels. And you can lift it off the platform. The secondary mirror is held in
by a single bar that runs the width of the telescope.
