ok I looked at the LED lights a bit closer, what I have found was the lights
that have space between only two strips of led are not bad but the ones that
have 3 strips of LED's lit up are terrible those are glaring and blind you. the
other ones with a space don't blind you. they have both kinds on Rockwood blvd.
I want to take a day time picture of them and night timepicture. I will bring
them to the meeting in Nov.
