There was never a change really discussed. I asked a generic question, not
specific to the upcoming meeting. Eric gave an anecdotal example of what has
happened in the past, and I was satisfied with the empirical examples he
gave and I dropped the issue. As far as I know, it is still as Eric has
said.

No, because the Board has not yet met to ponder that question.  In practice,
the SARC avoids holding a meeting on a holiday weekend, but the Board will
consider making that practice a formal decision, possibly including it in
the Bylaws.
