Subject: [sarcmembers] 2009 board nominations
To all SARC members.
Elections will be held for the 2009 Board positions in December. Any member may
volunteer for a nomination, or can nominate another member for the board. But
please ensure your nominee will serve before nominating them.
Names can be forwarded to Eric Lemmon, wb6fly@xxxxxxxxxxx, for inclusion on the
ballot. The December 6 meeting is a logical timeout for ballots, but names
might be added after that, depending on circumstances. Normally the election
would occur at the Dec meeting and members are encouraged to attend for that
event.
At this time, nominees include Harold Scott, Avery Wright, and Bob Harrison.
Four seats are elected, and a fifth board member will be appointed by the new
president as Board Member at Large.
