Mi interessa visualizzare e mirrorare sul pc questo sito:

Problema 1:
quando tento di visualizzarlo con Mozilla, riesco a vedere
testo e immagini, ma ottengo anche questo avvertimento:

Cosa sono questi "i-frames"?

sfruttando la banda veloce dell'università, vorrei fare un mirror del
sito sul mio pc.
Pensavo di usare:
wget -m www.visitnorway.com
In questo modo riesco a scaricare tutto?
(compresi eventuali filmati?)
