[sanesecurity] Spear.ndb signature name change

Hi All,
I've had to change the numerical Sanesecurity.Spear.xxxx format to the
Sanesecurity.Spear.sup_web_at_ymail_dot_com format.
Note: @ is replaced with _at_ and . is replace with _dot_
As the Spear.ndb database updated hourly, the email address numerical
position is randomly changing, so this change will help identify the
exact email address that was is being blocked.
