I'm running a rebuilt F18 version of clamav 0.97.4 taken from the Fedora koji server, and there is no mention of the 'async reload' patch in the changelog. FYI, I also see a delay in reloading the sigs. If I remove the bofhland malware signatures then the time to reload drops by about 50%.
