[sanesecurity] Best Method to report Spam and Virus examples

We using the Sanesecurity signatures and want to become active reporting
unwanted email. Is it better to forward examples as attachments, or in the
body of an email?
Should we report multiple versions of the same junk mail as some have
different senders, or vary slightly.
Is it okay to forward suspect attachments that could be executable?
What types of virus, spam, malware, phishing, etc. messages should we report
to samples@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Is there any other methods or addresses we should use to report to?
