I too can confirm the troubles seem to be resolving. We have upgraden about 1/5
th of the systems (abusing the opertunity to upg clamav engine also to the
latest) and they seem to be functioning normally ..

EPILOGUE
I have now gone over 36 hours without a problem with the "mbl.ndb"
file. It appears that perhaps the powers that be have corrected the
problem on their end.
