Dear Berrie,
Dr.Hans Kühle (hans.kuehle@xxxxxxxxxxx) developed an behavior observation 
system in order to decide how to reduce (or augment)medication. Monastra (in 
his famous paper from 2002) used the TOVA (not more than 1 SD beyond the 
norm) as criterium for normalization after medication and NF therapy.
