and me again.

The Suzy Langford 928 477-2172 called and left a msg last night, she'll =
be out today but I can leave another msg. =20

I called Lori Shall at 928 527-8236 She said we don't need a permit, =
should have a potty, and stay by the treeline. She also said we might =
want to call Henry Brill (maybe the ranger that spoke to us last year?) =
928 354-2216. No one was there but I left another detailed msg about who =
we were and what we'd be doing.

I think I might be done with calling people. I feel like we're ok and =
at least 84% of the employees of Coconino Nat'l Forest know our story. =
It was already determined the road is passable and the meadow dried or =
nearly dried out.

Is the porta-potty taken care of? That seems to be one of the concerns =
of the rangers.

Just rent it and we'll take donations from the participants to reimburse =
the club to the extent of the donations. That's my thought anyway.=20

I'll let you know if Henry Brill 928-354-2216 calls back.

Jenn again.=20

me again.
Just received a call from Shawn Murphy @ the 928 774-1147 =
number--"technically you don't need a permit if there is less than 25 =
people; over 25 people and you should get a letter of intent from Lori =
Shall 928 527-8236" and "Yes I'd love to come by and look into =
yawlsum's scopes if I get the chance and do you use reflectors or =
refractors?"

Any clue on how many people are going? Do you want me to pursue this =
letter of intent?

will keep yews apprised accordingly. =20
