I don't want this letter being too anonymous. So try this:
Hello I-hope-not-soon-to-be-former-SAC-member,
In checking our records it has become apparent that you have
not renewed your SAC membership for this year. If you wish to
renew, please take some time now to do so.
Currently, with the club's pro-rating of the yearly dues, the
_Regular Membership_ is $21, the _Family Membership_ is $31.50,
and the _Newsletter Only_ is $10.50.
You will find included a _SAC Membership Services Form_,
please fill it out and mail it to the address on it.
