All, The web server for www.saguaroastro.org also has an e-mail (POP3 & SMTP) server associated with it as well. I can set up faceless e-mail accounts for all of the SAC officers i.e. president@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, treasurer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, etc. When new officers are elected, the current officer, in the presence of the incoming officer, can log into the email account and allow the incoming officer to change the password. This way, nothing on the web site would need to be changed relative to the e-mail addresses of the elected officers. ...just a thought, /Bob Bob Erdmann - Core Team Member & Webmaster The NGC/IC Project - http://www.ngcic.org E-Mail: bobe@xxxxxxxxx =20 > -----Original Message----- > From: sac-board-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:sac-board- > bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Tejera, Rick > Sent: Monday, January 12, 2004 12:45 PM > To: 'sac-board@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' > Subject: [sac-board] Re: Transferring sac-treasurer from Paul to Al >=20 > A Suggestion: > If we are going to do this for Al and the position of treasurer, Why not > do > this for all board positions, i.e. SAC-President, SAC-VP etc?
