Unfortunately, I cannot edit the PDF to that extent. The application I
utilize for such a task, PitStop Pro, will only allow such text edits if
those characters are embedded in the file. Can someone provide the
original file? If not I will have to recreate the form and likely won't
have time to do that until later this weekend.
