Check to see if "City of Glendale" is listed as a covered party on our
liability policy. If not, have the Agent add them and ask they mail or FAX
the policy to the above address or phone. Roger says this type of amending
is done all the time, no big deal.
As to the other point, I scouted the area and it is easy to access from 67th
Ave at Patrick by Mtn Ridge HS. I will send my hand-drawn map and directions
to Rick T and Peter? Who all else should I send a map to? The area we always
go to is at Ramada #12. Good news is the parking lot is new asphalt with
lined parking spots, 20 spaces per side. So if we get that done, we're
pretty well set to go with Sat April 17, 7-10PM.
