Here is the latest data on the 2003 renewal rate: 60% of the club has
already renewed for 2003. That's 50% of the Family memberships and 62% of
the Individual memberships.
I had thought that maybe the hard-copy memberships would have a better
renewal rate (since their mailing label would has the expiration date) but
that's not the case. Most of the E-mail subscribers of the Family
membership have renewed, while in the Individual memberships they are
about 50/50.
Rick:
Could you change the huge paragraph on the back page to something like:
If you have not renewed for 2003 by early March, you risk being
dropped from the club's roster. Members for 2002 that are dropped,
must renew their memberships rather than rejoining at the pro-rated
membership rate.
