The projector has been repaired under warranty and returned today Friday 2/8/08 
in time for next meeting. BenQ is a great company and its customer service gets 
highest marks, 5 STARS. Thanks BenQ, thanks Brandon!

The projector has been shipped to BenQ today 1/31/08 and should arrive BenQ, 
Irvine CA on Monday. Shipped FedEx insured total $28.58. Tracking # is 
042044510170439 for any worry warts or micro-managers in the group. :-) They 
will take a few days to look it over and test and will contact me with the 
results. Should have it back by the 15th at the very latest.
