This more a reply to Jack, although there's a query for AJ too.
How did the May meeting get overlapped with RTMC (Memorial Day weekend)?
The May meeting needs to be moved to the 31st (or 17th), otherwise quite a
few members that contribute to the meeting won't be there.
How about making a decision about the Christmas Party in advance? The
20th isn't going to work very well, it's a Friday. Perhaps this is
intentional, but SAC has had only one Friday Christmas Party in the last
12 years. If we push it back until after Christmas, this means the Star
Party on the 28th needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. A better date
would be Dec. 7th, which is early enough to not interfere with other
holiday parties.
Dec 26 is not a good date for a Deep-Sky meeting.
Problems for the new board to resolve.
