Yes, I was referring to you, but I conflated the two conversations.  In the 
board meeting, you said something about our lack of non profit status being 
ineffectual for taxes for us, while Silvio said later at JB's about the "gift 
tax exclusion".  Since I didn't really understand what that meant, (duh), I 
confused the two.  Hopefully, it caused no harm, just confusion.
