The hosts usually purchase the drinks, ice, paper plates, napkins, plasticware, and cups. You will also need to provide level spaces to serve the food and sit (although, if you need tables and chairs, just say so. I'm sure there are numerous club members who can bring them). Why should we coordinate the pot-luck? A typical SAC pot-luck has everyone bringing enough for 10 other people. :-) -Paul
