[sac-board] Board meeting this Friday

Board,
We are due for a board meeting, so we'll convene at 1900 Friday prior to the
regular meeting.
Here's what I have for the agenda so far:
1) Begin plans for the holiday party
2) Discuss possible ways to commemorate SAC's 30th year, upcoming in
2007
3) I've received two offers to donate telescopes to the club.
Considering that we already have a club scope that does not see much use,
I'd rather see these instruments go to someone an organization that will
get good use from them. Bring your ideas, so we can direct the potential
donors to a suitable recipient.
If you have anything else that needs board attention, please let me know and
we'll get it on the agenda.
