The last time I checked (about a week ago) the calendar was updated
correctly. I seem to recall checking after Peter uploaded it and it was
fine. That sounds like a ache or cookie issue on the users machine to me.

Steve,

Can we add agenda item to decide disposition of old projection eqpt (sell or

donate) and final decision on disposal of old lights and signs and any other

junk laying around.

Also nail down who is responsible for updating website and post the contact
and backup to website. I've had a query and a complaint that 2007 calendar
and
2007 dates still on there.

Steve, I'd like to put the Messier Marathon on the agenda. With a new board
I'd like to discuss some of the details so as not to catch anyone by
surprise - if possible.

Clear skies,
aj
