I know you are still away spinning and weaving like mad and I hope you had
fun. It looked to be a very happy place!
While I think of it 28th February has been and gone and we should just keep
an eye on subs. 28th Feb was the early bird rate ... SO if any "early bird
rate" subs are received after the 1st March we bank the first dollop and
invoice for the balance. We must carry out our threats!!!!!
I am sure this is under control but I know sub-collecting is a big job. I
can easily bash out an invoice to people. Actually I think I will send an
email saying "right, anyone who hasn't paid their subs by now MUST pay the
higher fee". I will do that après my breakfast ...
