Yes, I agree with Lindsay.
You put them all in the ‘formerly of’ slot and if you can’t fit them in, you
can always edit the .txt file or send John an email with the extra bits.

PS I think, too, a ‘step-grandmother’ i.e. one of her offspring marries a
second time and she becomes ‘grandmother’ to the new spouse’s already existing
children, even though not directly related.
