Hi John,

Thanks for your email – as you suspect there is a wider problem with Press Reader and we have been in touch with the head office in Vancouver to alert them to the issue but it is unlikely they will be able to fix it quickly as it is still Sunday there – we do hope something might happen this afternoon or tomorrow at the latest. I will let you know as soon as I hear anything.
