[ruxp] Postpone WXP, say Win2K mag pollsters

According to Windows 2000 Magazine's ?nonscientific Instant Poll?, a
majority of the 3434 respondents think the release of Windows XP should
be postponed.

The question, "Do you think the government should postpone or stop the
release of Windows XP?", produced the following responses (+/-2
percent):
   - 47% The government should postpone XP's release while it
investigates the OS
   - 18% The government should postpone XP's release until Microsoft
modifies the OS
   - 33% Microsoft should be able to release XP on schedule
   - <1% Don't know
