Thanks for the update, is there any chance that the next meeting could be
arranged on a different day of the week? Fridays are very difficult for me,
but I would like to contribute, there may well be that other volunteers that
could attend on a different day.

Thanks

Trevor

The feed back from the first meeting with Cairon Mulholland went well.
Four Trustees attended, 1 salaried, and about 10 volunteers. Cairon said
that about the same number would be the maximum for the next eye ball to eye
ball, but it did not need to be the same people. He is drawing up an Agenda

following the familiarisation meeting to bring in the observations and
comments made to discuss at the next focus group meeting.
Chris checked the Museum diary, and it has been suggested that the next
meeting with Cairon will be on a Friday at the end of the month - I think
28th at about 10.30/11 am. If I have got this right could one of you
circulate to Trustees and Volunteers and of course salaried.

NB meeting is on a Monday - 24th October at 11am
================================================

As I was showing Carion around I asked if they had tackled any other
Heritage sites locally. Jura carried out a consultancy on Museum of Farnham
last year - after Waverley showed signs of backing out of their
responsibilities.

Spoke to Anne Jones after Jura's visit on another matter, and fed in a
question re their consultancy and had it been useful. She said that Jura
had opened up a number of possibilities for the future of Museum of Farnham
very

successfully.
