Congratulations to Judy, Maurice and the whole Activity Thursday team
for another brilliant mid-week event today.
To achieve visitor numbers like we had today on a cold, slightly damp,
Thursday in November is an incredible feat. To have so many willing
volunteers giving up their time and making the visitors feel so
welcome with such a wide variety of activities, both inside and out,
was a truly heroic effort for this time of year.
Thank you everybody and I hope that by now you will have warmed up!
To achieve those figures on a non-event summer Sunday would have been
good - to get them on a Thursday in November is unheard of!
