- SB 8, Firearm Sale Background Check, sponsored by Senators Richard
Martinez had Peter Wirth, is scheduled to be heard Wednesday 30 January in the
Senate Judiciary Committee. The session begins at 1:30. This is the second
and last committee to hear this bill before the vote on the Senate floor. Then
it goes to the House.
