Looks like Trump will hold a friggin MAGA hate-fest in El Paso on Monday night
and the Dems are planning on giving him a proper greeting! I thought I'd pass
this along in case anyone would like to head south for the counter-protests.

| Dear Democrat,
On Monday, White House Resident Donald Trump will be visiting our part of the
country. No, he's not coming to New Mexico, but he'll be far closer to
Bernalillo County than we want him to be. He'll be visiting our neighbors just
south of us in the city that, in his State of the Union address, he claimed was
one of the most crime-ridden in the nation until he fixed that problem with
great border security.
Yes, Donald Trump has scheduled a MAGA rally for Monday in El Paso, and a group
called Women's March El Paso is planning a warm West Texas welcome for him, and
we're invited. The demonstration is called "March for Truth: Stop the Wall,
Stop the Lies" and is scheduled for 5 PM on Monday at 801 S. San Marcial St.,
right across the street from the Chamizal National Memorial. The choice of the
location has historic significance, since the Chamizal National Memorial
commemorates the peaceful settlement of a more than 100-year border dispute
between the United States and Mexico in 1963 that resulted from the natural
change of course of the Rio Grande between the cities of El Paso and Juárez.
They're also doing a poster party tomorrow, in preparation for the actual
march, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the El Paso Democratic Party office at 1401
Montana, Suite E. If you're available either day, or both, you might want to be
there to help make Trump understand that the people of the U.S. and Mexico
really can be good neighbors without dividing us with a wall.
