Hi all - along with some amazing community people, we are designing a supply
chain so that the most-needed items to support immigrants and refugees are
getting to the Las Cruces frontline orgs. We did three trials in Nov and Dec
with different methods of gathering supplies and getting them to Las Cruces.
The one that we are pursuing is what we call Shop n Ship - we have specific
links to items for online shopping that are directly shipped to Las Cruces on a
monthly basis.
Right now we NEED someone who is an advanced spreadsheet person - we need to
track who/what groups have signed up for which items for a specific time. It
needs to track items, time through 2019, and possibly - help to prompt us to
remind people; and maybe later have some inventory control features.
Time commitment - time and effort right now. Then our plan is that we
volunteers take this over and do the upkeep ourselves, with some ability to ask
the designer questions.
ANYONE know the IT person who loves to make database-spreadsheets? Ideally they
can meet us here in ABQ to get this part started.
