Hello,
Attached are results from the evaluation form we gave people who attended
the Charleston Gathering at the Crossroads.
Also attached is a blank copy of the evaluation form, in case you'd like to
use it at future Gatherings.
The questions on the form come from the goals that we set based on what
attendees had indicated they were interested in. So, if you use the form,
you may want to adjust the questions to fit your goals.
