The Cord was a front wheel drive car of 1936-7. It had a V8 Lycoming engine and a Bendix pre-selector gearbox. One model had a supercharger.
There are many websites that go into detail on the Cord, one of the most beautiful cars ever built. Therefore, I cut my description short.
