I can travel four miles to a local hardware store and find all sorts of odd metric screws, and, yes, they sell the smaller sizes one by one. I've not looked for this size, but I suspect that they would have it. And even my small area hss a couple of "industrial fastener" companies. You guys might want suport your local economies and stay off the Internet!
