Hi Carlos,

Thank you for your reply.

Sorry for not being clear what I meant was when I compare an incident or ambient light meter vs the meter of the rollei, the rollei is off by around 2 stop. How can I calibrate the TLR meter or where can I have it fix? Also, the 2.8F has a diffuser on top of the viewing lens, do I have to take it off or leave it on when I use the camera meter? Thanks.

Regards,

Nelson

Lightmeters for incident or/and reflected light are calibrated according a medium grey pattern, if the subject is too dark or too bright for this average calibration -i.e. snow- you could obtain some wrong readings. Kodak has an interesting technical page called "Accurate Exposure with your meter" here:

All the best
Carlos
