There are at least 15 Rollei flash models with similar
design regarding the E 15 B coinciding with your
description and then it would be necessary to see
detailed photographs about your flash to identify the
model.
I think to take photographs with the flash for
situations where the flash is really needed could be
the best way to test the flash, even if they have a
"test" button; however in general electronic flashes
work fine or they don't work directly.
If your flash is no automatic it would be necessary to
work with guide numbers, distances and f stops for a
right exposure.
