I can't. But maybe that's just me.

But seriously. Lets assume a resolution of 50 lp/mm on each negative: 
I'm sure that's possible even with el cheapo lenses. We have, then, an 
enlargement factor of 5x for the 35 mm negative and an enlargement 
factor of 2.22x for the MF negative. The print from the 35 mm negative 
will then exhibit a resolution of 10 lp/mm and the one from the MF 
negative will exhibit a resolution of 22.5 lp/mm. Some people say they 
can see sharpness greater than 10 lp/mm with their naked eye, but I 
sure as hell can't. (Maybe when I was younger.)
