Hi Ewe
Yes, Phase One, Sinar and Hasselblad all had digital backs that fit the 6000
series cameras with removable film gates (the metal square piece that fits into
the back of the camera body and has film rollers).
The most popular back was probably the Phase P20 16 mp back which was sold in a
digital bundle by Rollei as the db20p along with the 6008AF. I had one of
these for many years and it's a wonderful combination. The phase p20 stores the
files to a compact flash card and the 6008AF does not require any cables
between back and body. I will have one of these available used in my
Rolleiflex USA store in about a week from now. The 6008AF body works best with
this digital back. Later Rollei Metric started to offer other Phase backs in
the same mount (like a film back) so there are some P25 (22mp) and P45 (39mp)
versions out there as well but they are not too common.

There were several Imacon Ixpress backs and later Hasselblad backs (after they
bought Imacon) that worked with the Rolleiflex 6000 series bodies:
96
96c
384
384c
132
132c
528
528c
CF-22
CF-22 MF or CF 528
CF-39
CF-ii 39
CF-ii 39MS

All of these backs fit to the 6000 series bodies with an adapter plate that
screws to the digital back and mount to the camera body like a film back.
These are good backs too, but the oldest versions are pretty long in the tooth
now. These would be the 96,384,132 versions without the 'c' - which stood for
color display on the back but also indicated a newer sensor chip as well. All
of the above, except the CF versions require a portable disk drive called an
image bank to be connected to the digital back. The multishot versions 384c,
528c, CF 528 and CF-39MS are still quite coveted by users today since a
multishot file is quite remarkable. You can find the digital back set up for
any mount and convert it to rollei use with the Rollei adapter plates.

Sinar offered a number of backs that also fit via an adapter plate and they had
several versions - as far as I know Sinar is the only company making new
digital backs that can fit the Rollei 6000 series cameras. Older backs were
the 22, 54M, 54H, eMotion 54, and 75 also fit. I don't know as much about
these since I never used a Sinar back in my own work.

Anyhow, there were quite a lot of options!

Eric Hiss
