[rollei_list] automat parts?

I bought a Rollei TLR on E-bay "for parts," thinking it might come in handy if something failed on my much loved Automat. The junker turned out to have mostly cosmetic problems: lenses okay, shutter fine sounding, winding mechanism fine. In other words, not a camera I am willing to part out. Very restorable. The most major issue is that the main mirror was flopping around loose inside and proves not to belong to this camera: it is too wide for the flanges that would hold it in place. By the serial number I reckon the camera to be a 1945 Automat 3. Anybody know where I can get the right mirror and the flat springs to hold it in place? The one that came with it is too wide for the flanges, which measure 1.9 in. at the widest point. This mirror is spotty, else I'd figure a way to grind the edges to fit. Also, anybody know a source for camera body covering material, black "leatherette"? I have a Leica IIIC that needs it, in addition to this Rollei.
Thanks. Bill Myers
