I bought a 3.5E a few years ago at a flea market in NYC. I noticed after I got
it home that the front panel had some play in it and it also did not advance
evenly at first. I have not had any problems with focusing ( although I rarely
shoot wide open). My camera is in user condition so asthetics are not
important. The camera takes great photos and that's all I want
