I'd highly recommend the rolleifix too. I just got one a few weeks ago and in addition to removing any worries about stressing the back-plate attachment and removal from the 'pod takes seconds. Of course they say you don't need a 'pod with a rolleiflex...:-). Not true I'm sure though I have yet to do any kind of with and without testing.
