It is definitely all those things, Wayne. I put mine down years back after I
suffered a slipped disc. I carried it once a bit too soon during my recovery
and caused myself more healing time, and it hasn't seen the light of day ever
since. Kind of makes me sad. As my back's been pretty healthy for a few years,
I think it may be time to dust it off and make it take some pictures.

Subject: [rollei_list] Super Ikonta--> Bessa II
I have to agree on the superiority of the lens in the Fuji 690 cameras. I own a
GSW690III and feel that that lens is in a league of its own. It is a shame the
lens is available only on such a cumbersome camera, but, it does not require
batteries, and it is a rangefinder………….So it does have a bunch of redeeming
qualities. If a person is interested, from a photo quality standpoint alone, in
a 6x9 camera, I would say the GSW690III is the way to go. They are only going
to continue to climb as far as price goes.
Best,
Wayne---
