I have to agree on the superiority of the lens in the Fuji 690 cameras. I own a
GSW690III and feel that that lens is in a league of its own. It is a shame the
lens is available only on such a cumbersome camera, but, it does not require
batteries, and it is a rangefinder………….So it does have a bunch of redeeming
qualities. If a person is interested, from a photo quality standpoint alone, in
a 6x9 camera, I would say the GSW690III is the way to go. They are only going
to continue to climb as far as price goes.
