It is toxic indeed. Heavy metal. As a pharmacist I used to produce Selenium
Sulphide shampoo many years ago. A sort of home made Selsun. I delivered it to
patients by the litre and eventually they flushed all of it down the sewer
system. I as a producer was not allowed to rinse the vessels I used to make the
stuff in order to protect the environment. The solution I found was disposing
of the vessels by taking them home and rinse them in the kitchen and that was
perfectly legal. It's a strange world.
BTW, I own a Super Ikonta C (6x9 cm) with a f/3.5 105 mm Tessar.
