I think it could be a Polizei model (I say "it could
be" no "it is"), several Rollei TLR models added some
features considered typical for the model along the
different batches manufacture and not from the first
camera for the model, it could be the case for the
Triotar in this camera on eBay; if you add that in the
Rollei Report 1, page 9-241, the camera description
says that variations for the Police version are
possible due to the several contracts with the Police,
adding the fact the markings in the ground glass seem
original and very useful for the Police, I think it's
very possible the camera could be a Polizei version.-
