Hi .tsooJ, > Flash RAM only wears out with write actions, not on reads. "Wears out", well, sort of. One of their specifications is number of program/erase cycles. But, more importantly, the data degrades over time (another part of the specification called data retention)...whether the FLASH is read or not.
